Hi
Im making 20W adapter with flyback topology with out PD controller
The schematic select N-channel Mosfet for SR switch
but can i use GaN fet beside the N channel fet?

What is mean about logic level input?

There is a parameter of logic level output from the sync rectifier driver, so you need a fet with logic level input capability for the InnoSwitch to successfully drive it. The Innoswitch can only supply 4.2 to 4.6V to drive the synchronous rectifier fet. The SR drive pin output voltage is shown on page 27 of the data sheet.
I assume your meaning is that you want to substitute a GaN fet in place of the usual silicon mosfet. This is possible only if the GaN fet can accept a logic-level input, which is all the sync rectifier driver for the InnoSwitch is capable of doing.
