說明

HiperTFS-2 裝置將高功率雙開關順向式轉換器和中功率返馳式 (待機) 轉換器整合為輕薄的單一 eSIP 功率封裝。這項單一晶片解決方案為雙開關順向式和返馳式轉換器、高/低側驅動器、三端高電壓功率 MOSFET 提供了控制器，而且減少了為轉換器加裝昂貴外部脈衝變壓器的需求。對於同時需要高達 586 W 峰值之主要功率轉換器 (雙開關順向式) 以及高達 20 W 之待機轉換器 (返馳式) 的高功率應用環境而言，這項裝置是理想的選擇。這些裝置可在相當廣泛的輸入電壓範圍中運作，並且可在功率因數修正階段 (例如 HiperPFS) 之後使用。
