InnoSwitch3-AQ系列器件集成了多项保护特性，包括输入过压及欠压保护、输出过压及过流限制以及适合汽车应用的过温关断。该系列器件提供标准输出功率和峰值输出功率选项，以及常用的自动重启动保护功能。
