BridgeSwitch系列集成半桥可大幅简化应用于单相或多相PM电机或BLDC电机驱动器的高压逆变器开发和生产。它集成了两个高压N沟道功率FREDFET，并且下管和上管驱动器采用一个小型封装。内部功率FREDFET采用适合硬开关逆变器驱动器的超软、超快速二极管。两个驱动器均采用自供电，无需外部辅助电源。BridgeSwitch可提供独特的瞬态相线电流输出信号，简化传感器较少的控制方案的实现。占板面积较小的薄型表面贴装封装可增大爬电距离，并通过印刷电路板实现两个功率FREDFET的散热。
BridgeSwitch提供内部故障保护功能和外部系统级监测。内部故障保护包括为两个FREDFET提供逐周期电流限流点，以及双级热过载保护。外部系统级监测包括提供四个欠压级别和一个过压级别的直流总线监测，以及对NTC等外部传感器进行驱动。双向总线式单线状态接口可报告监测到的状态变化。
