SCALE-iFlex门极驱动器产品系列包括一个中央绝缘主控制(IMC) 2SI0400T2xxC和多达四个模块适配型门极驱动器(MAG) 2SM0120D2xxC ,以及一个电缆套件。IMC适用于耐压高达3300V的功率模块,而MAG则有不同的型号,适用于不同供应商推出的功率模块和3300V电压等级的各种器件技术。

SCALE-iFlex轻松支持四个模块并联1,以最小的开发成本提供高度的灵活性和系统可扩展性。由加强绝缘提供保护的集成NTC温度和直流母线电压信号取代了分立的系统级传感器。
