InnoSwitch3-PD는 1차측 스위치와 컨트롤러, 절연 피드백, 2차측 제어 및 USB-PD 컨트롤러를 단일 패키지에 통합하여 USB-PD 파워 서플라이의 개발 및 제조를 크게 간소화합니다.

이 아키텍처는 새로운 유도 커플링 피드백 방식인 Fluxlink를 통합하여 안전하고 안정적이며 저렴한 비용으로 출력 전압 및 전류의 정확한 직접 센싱 정보를 전달합니다. InnoSwitch3-PD의 1차측 컨트롤러는 가변 주파수 및 가변 전류 제어 방식 둘 다 사용하여 CCM(연속 모드)에서 작동할 수 있는 유사 공진(QR) 플라이백 컨트롤러입니다. InnoSwitch3-PD 2차측 컨트롤러는 1차측 수신기에 자기적으로 커플링된 송신기 회로, 파워 서플라이 파라미터 및 텔레메트리 기능 제어를 위한 I2C 인터페이스, 4.4V 레귤레이터, SR FET 드라이버, QR 모드 회로, 오실레이터와 타이밍 기능 및 다양한 통합 보호 기능으로 구성됩니다.
