プラグアンドプレイ 2SP0430 ゲート ドライバ ファミリーは、2 レベル及び 3 レベルのアプリケーションでの 1200 V 及び 1700 V の PrimePACK™ 3+ IGBT 電源モジュールの使用に最適化されています。

ゲート ドライバは、15 V の論理レベルで動作する電気的インターフェイス及び内蔵 DC/DC 電源を備えています。

Power Integrations のダイナミック アドバンストアクティブ クランプは、PV(太陽電池) や回生アプリケーション (トラクションなど) において、IGBT がオフ状態での DC リンク電圧範囲を最大 60 s まで拡張できます。
