LinkSwitch-XT2 は、725 V / 900 V耐圧 パワー MOSFET、発振器、シンプルな ON/OFF 制御スキーム、高耐圧定電流回路、周波数ジッタリング、サイクルバイサイクル カレント リミット、及び過熱保護回路がワンチップ上に内蔵されています。起動時及び動作時電力は DRAIN ピンから直接供給されるため、補助巻線および補助電源用回路部品は不要になります。
