このデバイスには、725 V パワー MOSFET、ON/OFF 制御ステートマシン、自己バイアス用高電圧スイッチング電流源、周波数ジッタリング機能、パルス・バイ・パルス・カレント リミット、及び自動復帰タイプ過熱保護回路がワンチップに組み込まれています。
