BridgeSwitch 통합형 하프 브리지 제품군은 고전압 인버터 구동 1상이나 3상 PM 또는 BLDC 모터 드라이브의 개발 및 생산을 획기적으로 단순화합니다. 이 제품은 로우 사이드 및 하이 사이드 드라이버가 포함된 두 개의 고전압 N-채널 전력 FREDFET를 한 개의 단일 소형 패키지에 통합합니다. 내부 전원 FREDFET는 하드 스위치 인버터 드라이브에 이상적으로 적합한 매우 부드러운 초고속 다이오드를 제공합니다. 드라이버 둘 다 외부 보조 파워 서플라이가 필요 없는 자체 구동식입니다. BridgeSwitch는 무센서 제어 구성의 구현을 단순화하는 고유의 동시 위상 전류 출력 신호를 제공합니다. 로우 프로파일의 소형 풋프린트 표면 장착 패키지는 확장된 연면 거리를 제공하고, 인쇄 회로 기판을 통해 두 개의 전력 FREDFET 히트 싱크를 허용합니다.
BridgeSwitch는 내부 고장 보호 기능과 외부 시스템 레벨 모니터링을 제공합니다. 내부 고장 보호 기능에는 두 개의 FREDFET에 대한 사이클별 current limit과 두 개의 레벨 써멀 과부하 보호 장치가 포함됩니다. 외부 시스템 레벨 모니터링에는 4개의 저전압 레벨과 한 개의 과전압 레벨로 감지하고, NTC와 같은 외부 센서로 구동하는 DC 버스가 포함됩니다. 양방향 버스 연결 단일 와이어 상태 인터페이스는 관찰한 상태 변화를 보고합니다.
