入力電圧補正過負荷保護機能により、TinySwitch-4 デバイスはユニバーサル入力電圧範囲で最大過負荷の変動を劇的に抑えます。 これは PC の待機電源や CV アダプタなどのアプリケーションで過負荷異常状態時の最大出力を制限するのに特に有用です。 また、TinySwitch-4 には 725 V MOSFET が搭載されており、跳ね返り電圧及びバス電圧の高い設計において容易に 80% のディレーティングを可能にします。 BP/M ピンにより MOSFET のカレントリミットを調整することができ、様々な実装状況において電力供給と効率の最適化を図ることができます。 ON 時間延長機能は、低入力電圧時のレギュレーション範囲を拡大し、低い入力容量で必要な保持時間が得られます。
